Premier Healthcare was founded in 2021, our mission is to assist Healthcare Centers facilitate positive outcomes financially, clinically and in overall operations. We partner with our customers to provide financial, operational and clinical support, leveraging our experience in all aspects of daily facility business. With over 25 years of professional experience in the SNF industry we have the ability to quickly assess where their is opportunity to turn the operations cash flow, expense management and clinical outcomes around.
Since our incorporation we have helped our clients collect on over $5 million in old receivables. Many clients have come to us with what they believed was A/R needing to be written off. We fight for your money and will aggressively work to collect on old money. You delivered the services to the residents, allow us to collect on what is due.

Michael Grimes
Owner
As the founder and Owner of Premier Healthcare I have spent over 25 years working at Skilled Nursing Centers, my career started as a teenager working in the housekeeping/Laundry department in a small family owned SNF, which created the passion to assist with helping these centers deliver quality outcomes for their resident and staff. My beginning path eventually led me to learning the back office roles, A/P, Payroll and A/R. It quickly turned into a passion for helping centers collect on the past receivables and develop strategies to ensure monthly cash flow and streamlined reporting for the financial team. I became a BOM, which quickly led to a regional A/R role, at which point I helped develop and implement a centralized billing team and workflow for the company. The success of this roll out led to me eventually becoming Director of Revenue cycle, overseeing collections and revenue management for 55 SNF/ALF centers across multiple states. The complexity of A/R from multiple states, insurance companies led to my belief that we can help others who struggle to manage A/R and revenue PPD effectively, our process changes the performance and ability for SNF/ALF centers to not only survive but thrive.
